We had one old tree removed and one pruned. The team was courteous, did the job in a timely and effective manner plus they cleaned up the area afterwards. Casey was the team leader but I did not get the names of the other two gentlemen. We would recommend them. They came back a week layer after confirming utilitity lines to grind tree stumps as agreed upon after initial tree was cut down. Followup without having to call them back is a definite plus.

Joseph gave us a great quote and a lot of information. Avalon, Sean, James and (? forgot his name)) showed up when scheduled and did a great job! No damage to any of my gardens so that's a big plus. They were all respectful of the property and treated it like they would their own. I couldn't believe how high Sean got in the tree! Avalon was so nice, giving me good information and leaving the place looking like they hadn't even been there! I honestly wasn't prepared for how pleased I was with their work. We got 3 quotes....and Good Tree was the cheapest and most professional of all. I strongly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.

I contacted The Good Tree Company for an estimate for a possible tree removal. Nathan arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and was the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most professional company representative I have ever met. I learned so much about my tree and the issues. When the quote was provided the following day, I was very happy with the price and that each part of tree removal was separated to give me the options of what I wanted to handle myself. At this time, I decided to give my beautiful tree a few more years of life. When the time comes, I will only contact The Good Tree and am referring them to all my friends!

We hired The Good Tree Company to trim a tree in our front yard and remove two trees in our back yard and grind the stumps. They arrived on time and completed the job before the end of the day. I couldn't stay while they worked, but aside from the missing trees, I never would have known they were there. They cleaned up every bit of debris and even blew all the dead leaves off our back patio. Nathan and his team were wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend this company to others!

Nathan and his crew are artists in arbory. I highly recommend them. We've used them twice for ornamental pruning, cabling, and dead limb removal. They are quick and very fairly priced too!

These guys do an awesome job. I have used them many times and they have provided excellent service. They are prompt, responsive and professional. Very obvious they had the knowledge and experience required to complete the job safely and effectively. Would strongly recommend you contact them for a quote if you're requiring tree maintenance. Communication was outstanding as well.

Very professional and knowledgeable arborists. Work was performed on time and in spite of the heavy equipment that was required they left my yard in pristine condition. Outstanding is the word for Good Tree Company's pruning of our trees...smallish and large. The agile crew accomplished exactly the shape and clearance of our maple, cherry and huge oak trees I had hoped for. Used this company for the removal of a medium sized box elder located in a tight area between our home and fencing. The tree is gone, no damage to the home or the fence or the crew. The team was very professional from quoting the job all the way through to raking up the leaves. We will be using them again for our next job.

Good Tree Company was one of the first tree trimming companies to respond to my request. They provided the best quote, they were the company that could do the work first before anyone else, then they were able to come out earlier than scheduled! I really wanted one of my trees to be thinned out even more, but oh well. Overall, I highly recommend Good Tree Co. I will use them again.

Joseph was very professional, and very knowledgeable about caring for trees. He pruned several of our trees, removed some that were dead and/or hanging over our roof, and excavated the soil surrounding 2 of our trees that needed more room to root properly. Nashville Tree Care Solutions came out to assess the job and walk me through a plan to trim three large trees in my front yard back away from the house and neighboring properties. When the team came out to do the job, they were professional, quick, and did a great job at both the actual trimming and the clean up! Great service!!!!

We bought our home last year and it came complete with 2.5 acres of trees 🙂 It was a necessity to find a reputable company to come and evaluate our trees to ensure that there weren't any that were going to fall or cause damage to our house during the windy season in Nashville. We were recommended Nashville Tree Care Solutions and so grateful that they provided the tree care service at our house. They first came to do an evaluation and looked at our existing trees to make sure none had to be taken out. They identified a large limb hanging over our house and recommended that it be removed. They also found several trees in our back parcel that were diseased and needed to be removed. Lastly, we have two large walnut trees, one of which was leaning a bit too much and could fall with the wind, they recommended doing a brace/ cable to the other tree. We were able to schedule the work during their slower December season. They came out for one day and did the entire amount of work in an 8 hour period. They were efficient but never cut corners.I really, really appreciated that they were upfront about the price and they were not going to do work for the sake of doing it. If things were going to cost more, like hauling away limbs and tree trunks, they gave me the option to do so, or save money and put the debris n another area of our lot. Likewise, we have a beautiful magnolia tree in the front of our property. I had seen other magnolia trees be trimmed in a very ornamental fashion. We talked through the necessity of trimming the tree and that it wouldn't be helping it to trim it in a certain way. Again, saving me time and money and not doing work for the sake of doing it. They really care about the health of the trees they are working on and not doing work that will compromise a tree's health.They did such a great job at our house, we recommended them to a neighbor who also used them for a large job at their house.
